CFX086 – Cash Hold Zero Balance Extract is a Business Objects report processed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (also available on request) for Accounts Receivable (Paul Annarella, David Hamler, Michelle Resnick) to identify students that have a Cash Restriction Hold but a zero balance on their Colleague record. Data extracted via CFX086 will then be copied into two separate Savedlists in Colleague (depending on the record type) and Accounts Receivable will be notified when the Savedlists are available.
