2022 FA Verification Status Change Emails are processed weekday mornings for the Office of Student Financial Assistance (Juanita Gutierrez, Beatriz Ruiz). Financial Assistance may assign students the FAE22VSC communication code via CRI.
Each weekday morning IT Operations will search the Pending Correspondence Queue for any of the above Verification Document Types dated from the previous business day* and then send email via PCB to those students if necessary.
* NOTE: Financial Assistance is able to retroactively assign com codes to a student’s record. FA should assign Verification com codes only for the then-current date.
