Credential Posted Emails (ACEGRAD) are processed Monday through Friday mornings for the Office of Student Records (Diana Alferez, Jill Pierson). As part of the overall graduation process, COD students who have had a Degree or Certificate credential posted to their account are assigned the Communication Code ACCGRAD by the Records Office and will subsequently receive an email (ACEGRAD) informing them a credential has been posted and will now appear on their transcript.
